Centrally situated in the
countryside
Our offices are situated in Nivaa
just North of Copenhagen where we have settled down in 230
refitted and bright square meters in the modern, awarded
business centre Nivaagaard.
We have followed the trend and moved away from traffic jams,
long and difficult commute and parking problems in the centre of
Copenhagen and found a rural oasis with historical roots only 20
a minute-drive away from Copenhagen – close to the harbour and
the sea, the railway station and motorway – and with an
unlimited number of parking places right outside the door.
Nivaagaard is an old home farm which, in 1999 after years of
restoration, was turned into a modern office building housing
approximately 20 companies. KK is placed in the main building at
the end of the long avenue with a view of protected beach
meadows, a forest and the Nive stream.
Our closest neighbours are the famous Nivaagaard Picture Gallery,
a beautiful park with rhododendron bushes and a historical
brickfield from 1701, which has supplied bricks to most of the
well-known buildings and castles in Copenhagen.
