Attitude towards service

KK has worked for many of our clients for several years which shows that our customer service is based on respect of agreements and deadlines. This view can be expanded with the following points:

- Every organisation is unique and has its own conceptual framework and its own culture. Therefore, we focus on listening to and understanding our clients’ individual needs.

- We engage in our clients’ world and take an active part in their market surveillance.

- As advisors, we take an active part on all levels – the strategic, the tactical and the operational. In many situations, it is important to be out in the field as it leads to a better understanding of our clients’ situation.

- It is important for us to build up a confidential relationship with our clients in order to provide the best possible counselling.

- We gladly take on roles in different organisational arenas adjusted to our contact persons’ need to obtain internal acceptance in the entire organisation.
