Internal communications

Any company’s most important target group in every communication effort is its employees. It is crucial to take employee communication seriously and make sure that the company's vision and values become more than just fine words that gather dust in the attic.

Change communication
People do not change on the basis of analyses, slides or the company’s broadly defined visions, values and missions. People only change when their feelings are moved. This is why the most important challenge in change processes is making people feel that change is necessary, mostly good and will influence their everyday life positively.

We advise our clients to make their employees listen and take their new messages seriously. Sometimes oral communication is better than the written word while at other times internal change must be backed by written information. However, an important criterion of success is to realise that internal change takes time and requires an ongoing process.

In value communications it is important to ensure that the effect of the underlying values is not lessened down through the company’s organisation.
