Employer branding

Employees constitute the most important resource in the organisation. They have a knowledge that is very important for the organisation and which is often difficult to replace or transfer. Thus, many organisations’ performance and competitiveness directly depends on whether they are able to keep and attract qualified employees. Given the historical low rate of unemployment in Denmark, it is a challenge that many companies face.

The goal of employer branding is to create a work place that the employees appreciate and which is able to attract new employees. In short, the challenge and opportunity consist of giving the work place an added value and loyalty that corresponds to the value that many brands today benefit from among the consumers. To achieve this, the company must provide a level of value for the employees that its competitors cannot offer.

KK firmly believes that the best way to achieve this is in dialogue with the employees. In this way, employer branding never becomes empty phrases that do not correspond with the employees’ understanding of the everyday work place life.

Within employer branding, we have much experience in disciplines such as counselling, analyses of employees’ view of the work place, the development of tailored communication platforms as well as the development of profile and information materials.

A key recognition in all change communication is to realise that people do not change because of figures and analyses but only when their feelings are moved.
